1503 South 15th Street. 1503 South number 15 Street. Going with EMS, possibly CIT female, stated she wanted police because two men were following her. She also asked for EMS because she said her blood pressure was high. She's going to be a white female in her 40s, blonde hair with bangs. Unknown further.
