I was in the chilis when he walked in appearing disoriented/drunk. He was a Hispanic man and didn’t look like he had been shot at all. He was able to get up and walk right to the ambulance on his own. This needs to be updated to confirm whether he was actually shot because it didn’t look like it
Time to get more police presence in the surrounding areas this is ridiculous
