Caller states a white male in his 30s, red hair, wearing a red hat, black Tupac shirt, and white, and another white male in his 30s with a beard and mustache, wearing a black company hat, black shirt, graffitis, or graphic arts, is trying to break into someone's apartment with a bar. When they were confronted, they took off outside the building. Unknown direction of travel. Believes they could be in the area.
