Units, to copy below on an ATV complaint. Last seen, 1121 Altos Street, in reference to a dirt bike, driving on the bike path. Driver was told to not ride on that bike path and started yelling at people and making threatening gestures. Also stated that he had a Glock. Last seen southbound, going under the bridge in the area. Unknown on the plate, if on stop and track.
