Gotcha. 2525 Douglas at the Reliable Maintenance Company. Going to be me with Andre here. This is a white male, approximately 45 years old, tank top, backpack. He's pretty homeless. Broke outside one of his windows about 5 to 8 minutes ago. Last seen going towards the woods.
