Subject is a dark-complected male, possibly an LMA, long black hair, 30-years-old, thin-build, wearing black t-shirt, gray pants. He's appeared into the bushes in the park, unknown direction of travel. Victim's vehicle is going to be on the south side of Fulton between 10th and 11th Avenue.
