Manager reporting a male that won't leave the property. 40 to 5 to 50-year-old white male, blue shirt and blue Levi's. He arrived in a silver Ram truck. He's taking stuff out of the garbage on the east side of the business. He's out with a second male, 50-year-old white male, white shirt, unknown pants. It's the first suspect they know. It's Wayne Soles.
