10-4, 327, any unit to back, dispatching for the hit-and-run, 18 Craftsman Court, 18 Craftsman, cross street of a dead end at Covington Hill Boulevard. Caller David advises a red F-150, Virginia registration, Sam Union William 9593 has hit another vehicle, has now left the scene. They were updated, now stopped again, telling the other driver that it was their fault. Driver's a Black male, 20 to 23. White shirt and bushy hair.
