Black car made left turn without looking and white car came in hot but was able to slow down
aye you cant park there
But it is MAIN street at Rush hour.... I dont understand how you don't fully stop
This happens when the cars traveling east& west don't fully stop at the stop signs assuming there is no on coming traffic....Well she guessed wrong on this one!
