Headquarters 405, 405, can you break for a 21 just occurred, negative VI, nurse? 10-4. Express Drive South at Mill Road in Lake Rontocna, youths on an e-bike jumped on complainant's hood. Subject jumped on friend's e-bike and fled. Subject's e-bike was abandoned. Complaintant has pictures of the subject. Complaintant in a gray Nissan Armada.
