1 Adam. Magnolia and 1st, East Magnolia Avenue and South 1st Street. Caller said they saw a male trying to get into the sewer in the middle of the intersection. Didn't have any vests on to appear like he was the employee. Black male, long sleeve, green shirt, blue pants. It's been up for about a half an hour. We haven't had any other calls on it.
