Area of Merrimack at Brigham Ave. Just got a call for an erratic driver on 110, took a left down Brigham Ave. Caller stated driving at a high rate of speed, over 80 miles per hour, took a left down to Brigham, was swerving in and out of the double yellow lines and passing vehicles on 110, and I do have a plate number.
