GA 29 Main Street, 5829 Main Street, off of Udawah Industrial Drive and Lumber Lane at Udawah Nursery. Attempted to make contact with a Black female wearing a long red skirt, carrying a rainbow umbrella. Appears to be confused, standing on the side of the road. Was previously near the railroad tracks, standing there for about 30 minutes when the caller passed her the first time. 11-471. 609.
