Engine 1, Rescue 1 responding to 2616 Heathermoor Road on Fogler's Tanning. Caller's driving by, saw a woman fall, advised she's confused. Appears to be in her 70s, says she's 30 years of age. Hit her head and is bleeding. Will be outside on the sidewalk, cross streets of Cambridge Road and Overhill Road.
