I came up to the light as it was happening. I was sitting at the light and I saw a black car pull up and then I saw about four or five cars pull up behind him and around him and I’ll jump out with their weapons on. I’m not sure what happened but he had his hands out the window immediately I had to turn around to come back, but I’m trying to drive right now for Spark so it’s kind of hard for me to stick around.
