20 Grand Avenue, respond to the area of 1260 Memorial Drive. Reports of an erratic operator. RP states the BMW was driving on the sidewalk, almost hit a pedestrian. The vehicle then proceeded to pull into the Planet Fitness. It's going to be a mass PC of 4 November Tango Papa 97, 4 NTP 97.
