I got a disturbance, 3315 Northridge at the Casa De Frida restaurant. Caller advised of verbal altercation. Male with dreads throwing food at the staff. He left walking towards Walmart wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts, black book bag. Need one in trespass from the store.
