In the Nora 5, radio is holding a downed subject, South 152 Street and 1st Avenue South, for a subject on the sidewalk. Nora 19. It's called somebody passerby, says there's a person laying on the sidewalk, unknown if conscious or breathing. Didn't have any description other than it was a person, black hair and dark clothing. No weapons, HPD or high scene. South 152 Street and 1F South.
