3. 2, we're going to break. Alright, emergency 4 or emergency 3. Jersey Ave and 2nd, Jersey Ave and 2nd, we have two females fighting outside with one woman having a pepper spray. It's going to be a black heavyset female with a white shirt and blue shorts. States that the other female is screaming for help. MC's been notified.
