Alright, I need one of you to respond to number 204 Oakland Road. 204 Oakland Road and speak with the resident, last name Weissenfeld. She's stating that she sees a male that looks to be in distress. She's describing him as a unknown race male wearing black pants, dark t-shirt, and white sneakers. She said he was raising his hands up and down as well as pulling his pants up and down.
