Firefighters are doing a fire drill, and there is no active fire at the location.

Dispatch from command, at this time we have no exposures. We're going to put the fire out on the excavator. We're going to let the gas line that's actively blowing continue to grow. We've got the patient taken care of. We're just going to keep everybody a safe distance away at this time.
