Both units 51 to 6929 Outreach Way. 6929 Outreach Way, cross of Pan American, West 2. There's a male who appears to be pleasuring himself near the school. He's going to be behind a tree, on foot, approximately 50 years of age, long-sleeved plaid shirt, khaki pants, gray hair. There is a group of teenagers near the swings as well.
