Units, copy a trouble call, 11137 southbound. It's a light gray pickup truck, 004, 7 Charles 7, Nevada, with tinted windows and a WCG sticker on the back window, flashing amber lights at the RP six times. RP advised it's his brake lights that is flashing yellow, not a light bar.
