Unit 520. 20. On a medicine call, 122 Dickerson Street, the Rescue Mission Shelter, cross of South Clinton and Grazer Street. Julio Mendoza is your caller. It's regarding a James Bain. Bain's a 40s black male. He's wearing a white t-shirt and black pants. He's threatening people with a brick. They believe he may also be armed with a machete. It's possibly high on spike. Should be in front of the building. 821.
