David 853, on a Mercedes, the V and A. Old River and Panama Lane near the Rite Aid in the westbound lane to travel, and the suspect vehicle is a possible newer model Ford F-150, white in color. The license plate's been mounted onto the rear right portion of the bumper. Control, Eng 11 on the top. Eng 11, 10-4.
