10-25, a 22 just occurred, 480 Northwest 23 Terrace, per the sergeant. They're calling in for apartment 307. Time delay of two minutes, caller advising she heard someone knocking and possibly kicking on the door. Caller didn't see anything. We got an update on the return that she just opened the door and saw her neighbor going to a unit of 305. There's going to be a safety flag in the area.
