Can you notify IMPD, there's a white Jeep traveling north on Gatlin Road, north of 38th Street, without any lights on, swerving across all lanes. I don't have a license plate number. This was 38th and Gion just now, or was it a little bit ago? I'm behind the driver right now. We're going north on Gion, north of the rural road tracks, north of 43rd-ish Street. Clear.
