Ruston PD probably did a PIT maneuver outside of their jurisdiction for someone going 2 miles over the speed limit down a hill.
Right when i cut the video they all pulled away I didn't hear a angle thing until i saw lights start up outside And i didn't see a car either. Like the one that hit the tree? I just never saw it and got up right away.
How did that happen? Fell asleep at wheel? Medical emergency? DUI?
