All units, a possible 46 from 56 and Old Chaney, eastbound. It's on a black Impala, 70 Lincoln, 701. That was at one point driving southbound in the northbound lanes and stopping at Greenlights. It's now driving in the correct lanes. Last seen eastbound, 56 and Old Chaney. 23.
