There are three units for a reckless traffic complaint, eastbound I-94 from Summit. Eastbound I-94 from Summit. It's a semi-truck with a white international. It says outpost on the back door. Erratically changing lanes. Caller advising possibly 1055, passing over the New Bobbin Bridge.
