Got a person with a knife, 3236 on Troy, 3236 on Troy. Jeremy says there's a male, black cap, white shirt, shorts, walking eastbound, pulled out a folding knife. He didn't open it, but he stared at him. Caller would like to talk to us about it in his apartment.
