. Can you check the area on 5th Street Northeast from Cherry? 5th from Cherry Northeast. Caller stated he saw Kobe Klotz riding on his friend's stolen e-bike. He's stating he made a report with units on afternoon. He's wearing all black and the e-bike is all white. They no longer see him. That was his last DOT.
