We got a welfare check, 5321 Warrensville Center Road at Giant Eagle. Caller states there's a male asleep on the ground in the parking lot with a wine bottle next to him. The male is breathing. He's a black male wearing red shirt and green pants. Caller will be waiting for police and a security vehicle.
