529 at Oasis Restaurant, 1250 East 9th at the Oasis Mexican Restaurant. Employees are advising a male, white, red shirt, black shorts, came into the restaurant intoxicated and laid on the floor. He's now outside and trying to get in through locked doors. They're evacuating customers to the back door.
