Hey, advise if you like another car. It sounds like this is going to be more of a half dispute. 403 Southeast 9. 403 Southeast 9, being with Francisco. He said that a shirtless white male with black shorts just tried to get into his vehicle and then ended up taking off walking westbound from here. Beliefs on either Raccoon or MLK, not sure. About a two-minute time delay.
