3113 Riverside Drive off of Wilder and Elmendorf Street. Checked the area for a black male wearing shorts and a black t-shirt. Caller advised he had knocked on her door, left a package, then ran, and then returned, grabbed package, and ran off again. She says her cameras can't see the side of her house, is concerned he's hanging around that area. Use case number 72126.
