10-4, 533 East Main Street, Bayshore off Brentwood Road. Male in a blue Ford pickup, older model, plate of Tango Tango Hotel on 396, unknown state. Looks like he's having a manic episode or drug psychosis. Complainant's concerned because he's behind the wheel and he's been there for at least 15 minutes.
