Attention all 25 units, broadcast for 23103, eastbound 84 to northbound 880. It's a gold Volvo SUV with a 28 of 8 Frank Paul Yellow 058, or it turns clear on a 2012 Volvo Utility out of Hayward. An x-ray driver, possibly HFA, last seen swerving between lanes near TC's and making rude hand gestures at the RP. And the driver, WFA, was last seen wearing big sunglasses.
