651 Adam, 2521 West Elm Street, apartment 103. Between units 101 and 103, there are three dogs abandoned. No leashes and they're not contained. They seem to be in distress due to heat. RAC advised they cannot get another unit out to try until tomorrow to assist, and they're still in the same area. You can contact Kimberly, the resident, 1749.
