Complainant is an employee advising there's three juveniles in a vehicle that's harassing customers. White Toyota Corolla with no plates on the back. Occupied by three 16 to 17-year-olds wearing ski masks, all males. And they keep doing laps in the parking lot for the past two minutes. Negative weapons involved, no father.
