I have a unwanted person complainant, 231 South Heber Street in Beckley, in apartment 2. He states that somebody came into his house today and said that they used to live there and then left. And he stated two days ago someone walked in and stole his phone and is requesting an officer to come out there. Maintenance is supposed to be changing the door code again.
