North 4, 3 Edward 11, 10-65, signal 22. Edward 11. 51 towards the area of PD 1. The complainant advised she's being followed by a white truck, flashing their lights and blowing their horn at her. She's currently at Biscayne and 41. Again, headed towards South River and Price. She'll be driving a blue Ford Bronco. 10-4.
