There's three to four juveniles on e-bikes, assuming they're in the parking lot and doing wheelies. One's wearing a white shirt, the second one's wearing a black shirt, and the third one's wearing a black shirt as well. One in a coma. It's last seen going southbound. No one for contact information only at 1718.
