I'm showing all units busy. I have an MVA leave the scene. 425 Mount, Mountain View Road, Beckley West Apartments in Dryhill. Complainant advised she ran over a storm drain on August 17th in the parking lot. She contacted the managers of the property and they stated they're not going to fix the damage. She's requesting law enforcement to file a report.
