Suspicious activity at 144 Oxford Ave. There's an unknown male that was walking around the neighborhood. He was wearing all black and possibly stumbling. The male walked up the driveway of the house with the new family. Didn't come back to the caller, but possibly lived there. The house number he walked up was 130.
