Headquarters, all command band units, special attention to MedCAT, the 6th is working at a 23, actively attempting at the Highland 16 Cinebus, 185 Morris Ave in Holtzhead, off of Union Avenue. It's going to be a white male, 5'10", 170 pounds, brown hair, dark gray t-shirt, black shorts, and a black F-250, threatening to cut his wrist, possibly with a pocket knife.
