You can’t get the Nypd one
Even if I managed to find their radio channels, I still wouldn’t be able to listen to their conversations. First, doing so would be illegal. Second, NYPD radio communications are encrypted. Although I don’t think breaking the encryption would be extremely difficult, and I’m sure there are plenty of radio enthusiasts in New York who could probably figure it out, it would still be illegal. At the very least, I’m not going to livestream or broadcast anything that involves illegal activity.
