East Lansing units, be advised, holding on a trespassing complaint from 201 East Grand River at Target. Staff's calling in for James Rosenberg, 20-year-old Black male wearing all black with a white under-and-black baseball cap that walked through the store. He's previously been trespassed. He left eastbound on Grand River, but it's an ongoing issue with him coming in, and the caller's wanting the area checked.
