I can get another west side car. If you can both start towards Sprinker, 521 Military Road South at the rec center. There's a subject closer to the playground. They've had two calls now about him taking pictures of kids. White male, 55, 5'9", thin-build, long gray hair with a facial hair, black shirt, and pink shorts. Still no parents or contact. Currently, it's a scratch, a splash.
