835 Simon, car is busy, getting a person with a gun, 2557 West 79th Place. Caller's requesting a CIT team for a retired CPD officer who's having a mental illness, crisis, that is armed with a firearm. The male has not been diagnosed with any, anything yet, but he's showing several signs. Black male inside the home with his sister and mother making threats with a firearm.
